The works of art are shipped carefully packed and protected to guarantee their arrival in perfect conditions. The shipment is made through companies specialized in the transport of works of art.
Your order will be delivered within 5 to 7 working days.
The delivery price is free for the entire United States of America. Please note that our prices include:
- Insurance. Your order is 100% protected in case of any damage or loss.
- Shipping costs of the third party logistics provider.
Returns & Exchanges
Yes, at Roselle Gallery we want our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. Therefore, we offer a 10-day return policy from the receipt of the artwork, as long as the artwork is in the same condition as it was sent. If there is a problem with your order, please contact us at (+17542087171). Take photos of the packaging (preferably before opening) and of the actual damage to the products. The more photos we have, the easier it will be for us to help you. Your order is 100% insured. In case something is wrong with the product, you are eligible for a full refund unless you choose to have it replaced. In this case, we will arrange for the replacement of your item. All of these options are free of any additional charges. If you choose to receive a refund, Roselle Gallery will cover all return costs.
